In the atmosphere of the whole country excitedly celebrating the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2026) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2026), on the morning of September 2, in Hanoi, General Secretary and President To Lam visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and offered incense to commemorate Uncle Ho at House 67, Ho Chi Minh Relic Site at the Presidential Palace.
Accompanying him were Politburo members: Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc; Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung. Accompanying him were leaders of the Party Central Committee Office, General Secretary Office, and Presidential Office.

In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, General Secretary and President To Lam and delegates lit incense and respectfully remembered President Ho Chi Minh - the beloved Leader of the Vietnamese nation.
President Ho Chi Minh is the most noble symbol of patriotism and Vietnamese revolutionary heroism; the shining crystallization of morality, wisdom, spirit, and conscience of the nation and era.

President Ho Chi Minh dedicated his whole life to the glorious revolutionary cause of our Party, our nation, our people and international friends. His name and career will live forever with our country, living forever in the hearts of our nation and in the hearts of humanity.
He left for our Party, our people, today's and future generations an extremely precious ideological legacy, a bright example of morality and style, and lifestyle.

81 years ago, on September 2, 1945, at Ba Dinh Square, Hanoi, on behalf of the Provisional Government, President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, declaring before the national people and the whole world the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
81 years have passed, the core values of the Manifesto and the spirit of September 2, 1945 are still intact, becoming a torch illuminating the entire Party, people, and army to firmly step on the path of building a strong, prosperous and happy Vietnam.
This morning (September 2nd), from early morning, a large number of people were present at the historic Ba Dinh Square to visit Uncle Ho's Mausoleum and visit the Ho Chi Minh Presidential Palace Relic Site. The Relic Site space is an endless source of inspiration, nurturing will and belief for generations of Vietnamese people today and in the future.
