General Secretary To Lam worked with the Central Committee for Policy and Strategy on a number of strategic solutions to create a breakthrough in private economic development in Vietnam.
General Secretary To Lam's meeting with the Central Committee for Policy and Strategy took place on the afternoon of March 7 in Hanoi.

The General Secretary requested the development of artificial intelligence (AI), identifying AI as a spearhead, a breakthrough; and tax incentives for chip and semiconductor manufacturing.
General Secretary To Lam said that the Steering Committee met to agree on action plans and programs, and widely implement Resolution 57 of the Politburo.
Regarding the issue of digital currency management, the General Secretary requested research on applying a controlled pilot mechanism to establish a "Exchange Court" for this activity.
