Comrade Nguyen Van Cu, General Secretary of the Party during the period 1938-1941, was a talented young leader, an erudite theorist, a shining example of revolutionary ethics, who sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation.
His legacies, especially the work "Self-criticism", still retain their value, making an important contribution to the work of Party building in terms of politics, ideology and organization in the present and future periods.
Following the example of comrade, we vow to promote the tradition of solidarity and unity, build our Party to be increasingly clean and strong, bring the country to comprehensive development, and enter a new era, an era of national growth.
We request the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Ninh province to continue to care for and protect the Memorial Site of General Secretary Nguyen Van Cu to become a red address to educate the glorious revolutionary tradition of the Vietnamese people.
