The project has a scale of 5.5 hectares, a total investment of nearly 240 billion VND, including 49 classrooms and full items for study, living, entertainment, and production. When completed, the school will meet the learning needs of more than 1,900 students in the border area.
Speaking at the ceremony, General Secretary To Lam affirmed that the Party and State always consider education as the top national policy, and emphasized the policy of building a system of inter-level boarding schools in border areas as "a profound humanitarian policy, contributing to preserving territorial sovereignty from the roots - that is, people and communities are attached to the border of the Fatherland".

The General Secretary requested Nghe An province and Na Ngoi commune to urgently complete the site, disburse on schedule, and create favorable conditions for construction. Design, consulting and construction units must work with the highest sense of responsibility, ensuring quality, safety, and technique, worthy of being a "monster center of the border area".
On this occasion, General Secretary To Lam presented the school with a photo of "Uncle Ho wearing a red scarf to students", presented gifts to students and 50 disadvantaged households and policies of Na Ngoi commune.
