80 years ago, the victory of the August Revolution in 1945 broke the slavery chain of the French and Japanese colonies and overthrew the specializing military regime that has existed for thousands of years in our country.
In particular, the successful August Revolution opened a new era in the history of the nation - the era of national independence and socialism.
On August 28, 1945, the Provisional Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam issued a Declaration to the nation as well as the whole world about the establishment of a new Government and announced the list of national unified cabinets.

The list of National United cabinets includes 15 Ministers, of which President Ho Chi Minh is the interim Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Thus, the Declaration has determined the structure of the first State administrative agencies in our country. From here, the state organizational apparatus is formed and gradually perfected to lead the people to consolidate, build the government and gain complete independence, "unite the country, North and South, one house".

From that sacred historical milestone, the Government has accompanied the nation, overcome countless difficulties, and made glorious feats in the resistance war and steadfastly on the path of building and developing the country today.
The 80th Anniversary of the Government's Founding is not only an occasion to show gratitude for the merits and contributions of previous generations but also affirms the stature and mission of the Government always for the people, for the aspiration for a strong and prosperous Vietnam.
