On the afternoon of May 15, during a working visit to Nghe An province, General Secretary To Lam presented the light sculpture "Vietnam - the golden historical pages" to Kim Lien Special National Monument (Nam Dan district).
Attending the ceremony were Politburo members: Le Minh Hung - Head of the Central Organizing Committee; Phan Dinh Trac - Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee; Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee; Do Van Chien - Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; General Phan Van Giang - Minister of National Defense; General Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security.
Also attending were comrades: Le Hoai Trung - Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; Tran Luu Quang - Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission; Vo Thi Anh Xuan - Vice President; Bui Thanh Son - Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Nguyen Khac Dinh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Assembly; and many leaders of central departments, ministries and branches.

On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and representatives of leaders of departments, branches and sectors.
The work "Vietnam - Gold history" is designed in the shape of a historical book, depicting the saying "Nothing is more precious than independence and freedom" - the immortal truth of President Ho Chi Minh. The work has a width of 1,945mm, 2,025mm high, 79 pages - symbolizing the sacred historical milestones and the life of Uncle Ho's 79th spring.
The three main symbols of the work are Lac Chim - symbolizing ancient Vietnamese civilization; Lotus - expressing the nation's noble spirit; And the image of dragon - symbolizes the strength and enduring of the national culture.
At two times of the day (9:30-10:00 and 14:30), the sunlight shining through the work will clearly display the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh - creating an emotional moment for the audience.
General Secretary To Lam presented the sculpture to Nghe An province for display at the Kim Lien Special National Monument. After the award ceremony, the author directly demonstrated the special lighting effect of the work.

Also within the framework of the working trip, General Secretary To Lam and the delegation visited and offered incense at the house of Mr. Nguyen Sinh Nham - the grandfather of President Ho Chi Minh, commemorated Uncle Ho's ancestors and listened to an introduction to the Nguyen Sinh family.
At the Sen Village Library - a place that serves the free reading needs of local people - General Secretary To Lam presented a model of the work "Vietnam - the golden pages of history" and chatted intimately with students. The library currently holds more than 32,000 books, including many valuable documents written about President Ho Chi Minh.
