Charles Henry Gordon-Lennox affirmed that although he had not had the opportunity to visit Vietnam, he had seen and heard many good things about the country and people of Vietnam; hoping to soon have the opportunity to visit Vietnam to witness the very dynamic development as well as admire the beauty and traditional culture of Vietnam.
On this occasion, Mr. Cong Tu sent his condolences and deepest condolences to the Vietnamese people who are suffering difficulties and losses due to the impact of floods.
