Ho Chi Minh City mobilizes 12 leaders of departments and branches to become Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of wards and communes

Ho Chi Minh City - 12 leaders of departments, branches and agencies of Ho Chi Minh City were transferred and appointed to hold the positions of secretary and deputy secretary in wards and communes.

On the morning of June 30, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.

Ms. Le Thi Thuy - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee, was transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Chau Pha commune for the term 2025 - 2030.

Mr. Bui Huu Toan - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan An Hoi commune.

Mr. Doan Van Dong - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan Hoa Ward.

Mr. Duong Duc Trong - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, was received, transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Hung Long commune.

Mr. Mai Ba Truoc - City Party Committee Member, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, was received, transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Xuan Hoa ward.

Mr. Le Minh Tuan - Deputy Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Dien Hong ward.

Mr. Do Phuoc Trung - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, was received, transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Long Huong ward.

Mr. Nguyen Ke Toai - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, was received, transferred and appointed to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ho Tram commune.

Ms. Dang Thi Tuyet Mai - Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, was received, transferred and appointed to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Thoi Ward.

Mr. Bo Ky Thuat - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, was received, transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Cau Ong Lanh Ward.

Mr. Tran Si Nam - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, was received, transferred and appointed to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of Vinh Hoi Ward Party Committee.

Mr. Phan Hong An - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City was received, transferred and appointed to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hoc Mon Commune Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Van Thi Bach Tuyet - Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, said that the transfer and rotation of cadres this time is aimed at strengthening quality human resources for grassroots levels.

According to Ms. Tuyet, wards and communes currently undertake more than 1,000 tasks, while many places still lack advisory forces, so it is necessary to supplement experienced officials to meet task requirements.

Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee requested assigned officials to quickly approach work, grasp regulations, and coordinate with local collectives to operate immediately. At the same time, People's Councils of wards and communes urgently organize meetings, consolidate the titles of Chairman of the People's Council and Chairman of the People's Committee.

In addition, Party committees and local authorities need to maintain internal solidarity, ensure smooth coordination between old and new officials so that the apparatus operates effectively.
