Personnel mobilization at the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation
The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee decided to transfer Ms. Nguyen Tran Phuong Tran - President of the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union, to work at the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation.
Previously, the National Assembly Standing Committee approved the election results of Ms. Nguyen Tran Phuong Tran to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation.
Ms. Nguyen Tran Phuong Tran (49 years old, from Lam Dong) has a master's degree in Party building and state government, a bachelor's degree in Sociology, and a bachelor's degree in politics.
Ms. Nguyen Tran Phuong Tran grew up from the grassroots, holding many important positions such as Vice President of the Go Vap District Women's Union, President of the Go Vap District Labor Federation, Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, Deputy Secretary of the Binh Tan District Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee. Since March 2020, she has held the position of President of the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union.
Mobilizing Chairman of Cu Chi District People's Committee
The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also transferred Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Hien - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cu Chi District, to work at the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union.
Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Hien (46 years old, from Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh City) has a master's degree in public administration, bachelor's degree in Sociology, and bachelor's degree in economics. Ms. Hien has worked for a long time in Cu Chi district, holding the positions of Secretary of the Party Committee of Pham Van Coi commune, Head of the Department of Internal Affairs, Vice Chairman and then Chairman of the People's Committee of Cu Chi district since July 2021.
Mobilizing the Head of the Management Board of Export Processing and Industrial Zones of Ho Chi Minh City
The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also transferred Mr. Hua Quoc Hung - Head of the Management Board of Export Processing and Industrial Zones of Ho Chi Minh City, to work in Cu Chi district. Mr. Hung was assigned to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Cu Chi District Party Committee.
Mr. Hua Quoc Hung (43 years old, from Ben Tre) has a qualification as an architect, a master's degree in project management, and a high level of political theory. Mr. Hung used to work at the Ho Chi Minh City Urban Railway Management Board, holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Tan Binh District People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Board and then Head of the Management Board of Export Processing and Industrial Zones of Ho Chi Minh City since September 2020.
Appointing a new Head of the Management Board of Export Processing and Industrial Zones of Ho Chi Minh City
The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Le Van Thinh - Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City, as Head of the Management Board of Export Processing and Industrial Zones of Ho Chi Minh City.
It is expected that the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City will merge with the Department of Home Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City to establish a new Department of Home Affairs.
Mr. Le Van Thinh (53 years old, from Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh City) has a qualification as a construction engineer, a master's degree in construction engineering, and a high level of political theory.
Previously, Mr. Le Van Thinh held the positions of Deputy Commander of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Volunteer Force, Vice Chairman and then Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Tan District, Secretary of the Binh Tan District Party Committee. From May 2022, he has held the position of Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City.
