On Saturday (January 31, 2026) and Sunday (February 1, 2026), the Human Resources Subcommittee of the Ho Chi Minh City Election Committee will send staff to directly receive documents to facilitate candidates.
The person recommended by the local agency, organization or unit for the nomination and the person self-calculated as a National Assembly delegate submitted 2 documents to the Ho Chi Minh City Election Committee (Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs, No. 159 Pasteur, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
For those who are introduced as candidates and those who self-calculate as delegates of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, submit a set of documents to the Ho Chi Minh City Election Committee.
