On the afternoon of July 22, the Party Central Committee Office issued a press release on the third working day of the 3rd Plenum of the 14th Central Committee.
The press release stated that on July 22, 2026, the third Conference of the 14th Central Committee of the Party will continue its third working day.
In the morning, Politburo Member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man chaired the Conference. The Central Government and delegates worked at the Hall, discussing 2 contents:
(1) Project summarizing Resolution No. 36-NQ/TW, dated October 22, 2018 of the 12th Party Central Committee "on the Strategy for Sustainable Development of Vietnam's Sea Economy to 2030, vision to 2045".
(2) Project summarizing Resolution No. 24-NQ/TW, dated June 3, 2013 of the 11th Party Central Committee "on proactively responding to climate change, strengthening resource management and environmental protection".
In the afternoon, the Central Committee and delegates worked at the Group, discussing 4 contents:
(1) Project on building a disciplined, safe, civilized, harmonious, and developed society.
(2) National Security Strategy Project.
(3) Project to establish Quang Ninh city directly under the Central Government.
(4) Project to establish Bac Ninh city directly under the Central Government.
Tomorrow (July 23, 2026), the Central Government will continue to work according to the program.
