Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the discussion on: Draft Report on the assessment of 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021 - 2030, directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5-year period 2026 - 2030; Draft Report on the assessment of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan in 2024, the expected socio-economic development plan in 2025; Report on the assessment of the implementation of the state budget in 2024, the state budget estimate in 2025; The 3-year state budget - financial plan 2025 - 2027; on the policy of building the North - South high-speed railway.

Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat Luong Cuong chaired the discussion on: Draft Report on the Summary of the Personnel Work of the 13th Party Central Committee and the Direction for the Personnel Work of the 14th Party Central Committee; Project to amend and supplement Decision No. 244-QD/TW, dated June 9, 2014 of the 11th Party Central Committee on promulgating the Election Regulations within the Party; Draft Report on the Summary of the Party building work and the implementation of the Party Charter to be submitted to the 14th Party Congress.
