The Central Organizing Committee has issued Instruction No. 31-HD/BTCTW on the establishment of corresponding party organizations for administrative units (ADUs) in localities and the arrangement of the apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, provincial and commune-level unions.
In the document, the Central Organizing Committee issued instructions on the establishment of a Party Committee of a province or centrally-run city (new) after merging provincial-level administrative units.
Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee and City Party Committee are identified as the political - administrative center of the provincial DVHC, after consolidating and coordinating closely with the provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee (has been agreed by the Central Executive Committee to the merger) to formulate a project to establish the provincial and centrally -run Party Committee on the basis of consolidating and merging provincial Party Committees before arranging (project).
The Central Organizing Committee noted that the content of the project should closely follow the Party Charter, the views, principles and directions of the Central Government, clearly in terms of functions, tasks, organizational structure, assisting advisory agencies, party organizations, affiliated non -business units ..., the process of implementing the Project on ensuring principles and regulations.
Localities need to complete the project and send it to the Central Organizing Committee before June 15.
