At the Conference, the Director of the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 2243/QD-TTg dated October 13, 2025 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Tuyen Quang province on the basis of merging the Management Board of Tuyen Quang Industrial Parks and the Management Board of Ha Giang Economic Zones.
Announcing the Decisions to establish the Management Board of the Construction Investment Project No. 1 of Tuyen Quang province. This board was established on the basis of merging 3 project management boards (traffic construction investment, civil and industrial construction investment, and Agriculture and Rural Development investment). Establish the Coordinating Committee for Foreign Capital Projects of Tuyen Quang province.
The conference also announced the Decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Van Dinh Thao - Director of the Department of Finance to the position of Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Tuyen Quang province; Ms. Pham Kieu Van - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance to the position of Director of the Department of Finance.
Receive and assign Ms. Khanh Thi Xuyen - Chief Inspector of the province to work at the Yen Son Commune Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Yen Son Commune Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Decision on receiving and appointing Mr. Ngo Xuan Nam - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Chief Inspector of Tuyen Quang province; transferring and appointing Mr. Nguyen Thien Tuyen - Director of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Traffic Construction Project Management Board before the merger to hold the position of Director of the Coordinating Committee for Foreign Capital Projects of Tuyen Quang province.
Transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Viet Hung - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction to the position of Director of the Management Board of the Construction Investment Project No. 1 of Tuyen Quang province.
The conference also announced the Decisions on the transfer and appointment of Deputy Heads of the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Tuyen Quang province, Deputy Director of the Coordination Board of Foreign Capital Projects of Tuyen Quang province and Deputy Director of the Management Board of Construction Investment Project No. 1 of Tuyen Quang province.
On behalf of the transferred and appointed officials, the new Chief Inspector of Ngo Xuan Nam province thanked the attention of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee.
