Commitment to social security and harmonious development
Closing the election campaign session on the morning of March 3rd in Ban Thach ward (voting unit No. 5, Da Nang City), what remained was not only the democratic and vibrant atmosphere, but also the clear commitments of the 16th National Assembly candidates on social security, harmonious development and responsibility to pursue the recommendations of the People to the end.

At the conference, many voters' opinions were raised frankly, focusing on practical issues: investing in synchronous infrastructure after mergers, ensuring the environment, caring for industrial park workers, improving the quality of education - grassroots healthcare, creating sustainable jobs.
The common point in the candidates' action program is to emphasize the requirement of economic development going hand in hand with progress and social justice - in line with the major policy of the Party and State in the new period.

Candidates who are teachers working at ethnic minority boarding schools in mountainous areas bring experiences from the highlands, where learning conditions and people's lives are still difficult. The message is clearly conveyed: investing in mountainous education and caring for ethnic minorities is the fundamental solution for sustainable poverty reduction.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - emphasized that he will proactively participate in building and perfecting policies to ensure social security; pay attention to mountainous people, workers, and vulnerable groups; and at the same time strengthen supervision to ensure that policies go into life.

According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, development is not only measured by growth rate, but must be verified by the quality of life of people, by narrowing the gap between regions, especially in the context of expanding areas after mergers.
Trust from the democratic forum
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Phi Hung - Member of the Party Committee Executive Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City - affirmed that National Assembly deputies are not only people who participate in policy decisions in the hall but also bridges between the People and the National Assembly and state agencies.
Mr. Hung emphasized: if trusted by voters, candidates must maintain close contact with grassroots levels, listen regularly, truthfully summarize opinions and recommendations of voters; and at the same time monitor and urge the settlement, not allowing the situation of recommendations to be "transferred and then left there".

Representing and receiving voters' opinions, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan shared that in the context that Da Nang city is aiming for high growth, building a green and smart city, ensuring social security, investing in cultural institutions for workers, protecting the environment and developing evenly between regions must be placed at the center of the policy-making process.
The campaign session at Ban Thach closed in a atmosphere of trust and responsibility. Voters not only listened but also sent specific requests: delegates must pursue to the end the issues they have committed to, from infrastructure, environment to employment, education, and healthcare.
