At about 10:10 pm on March 3, at Km33+500 National Highway 4B in hamlet 8+10, Na Duong commune, two motorbikes with license plates 19D1-069. 12 (driving in the direction of Loc Binh - Loi Bac) and 12LA-067. 12 (driving in the opposite direction) collided.
According to initial information, there were four people on the two cars including: B.V. H (17 years old, residing in Gia Nang village); L.D. A (15 years old, residing in Keo Co village); H.V. T (20 years old, residing in Phai Vai village); C.V. H (18 years old, residing in Gia Nang village), all in Loi Bac commune, Lang Son province.
The collision killed all four people, including 2 students.
After receiving the news, Lang Son Provincial Police mobilized Na Duong Commune Police and professional units to the scene to rescue the victims, protect the scene, and divert traffic.
Functional forces also coordinated with the People's Procuracy of Region 5 to conduct scene examination and collect documents to serve the investigation.
The Lang Son Provincial Traffic Safety Board visited and encouraged the families of the victims. Each family with a deceased person was supported with 5 million VND.
The cause of the accident is being investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
