Short advice - the right job - the right time - easy to implement
On the afternoon of October 18, in Hanoi, the Central Party Office solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Central Party Office and the Party Committee Office (October 18, 1930 - October 18, 2025); received the First Class Labor Medal and honored advanced models for the period 2020-2025.
General Secretary To Lam attended and spoke at the ceremony. Also attending the ceremony were former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu. Also attending were Politburo members, former Politburo members, leaders and former leaders of the Party and State.

Speaking at the ceremony, General Secretary To Lam affirmed that over the past 95 years, many Party Committee office officials have sacrificed, suffered, kept the principles, kept discipline, and accepted difficulties to help the Party's work go smoothly.
There are contributions that are not mentioned in the document but are deeply imprinted in the decisive quality; there are many sleepless nights, many Sundays and holidays still working, there are times when "water recedes" before "G hour" so that an official dispatch can be issued on time, a document issued on time, a successful conference, a policy can be implemented in time...
The General Secretary emphasized that entering the digital age, digital society, digital economy, requires the Party Committee office system to shift from "handmade process" to "digital process", from "dispersed documents" to "unified, interconnected, safe data", from "incident handling habits" to " governance according to results".
The General Secretary suggested that the Central Party Office act in 3 major orientations: Early comprehensive digitalization of the document and work record life cycle; digital signature - digital calendar - digital assignment of work - digital report; building a shared standard data warehouse, ensuring security - safety - sustainability.
Standardize the process according to the principle of "one import - use many times", shorten processing time, quickly and accurately trace; take the level of satisfaction of the agency and the people as a measure.
Develop digital capacity for office staff in data skills, information security, and synthetic analysis; combine iron discipline with soft creativity to provide concise advice - the right job - the right time - easy to implement.
Developing unified professional standards from the Central to the grassroots
The General Secretary requested the Central Party Office to perform the following tasks: It is necessary to play the role of "conductor", setting an example for the entire system of Party Committee offices and offices of the entire political system.
When advising the Party Central Committee on strategy, the Politburo and the Secretariat need to clearly state the issue, state the correct plan, state sufficient resources, specify the roadmap, and clearly state responsibilities.
Developing unified professional standards from the Central to the grassroots level: modeling records, standardizing processes, measuring time - quality - cost; regular training and fostering for cadres. Building a culture of quality of work and documents.
Build an exemplary culture: leadership and management go hand in hand with action, comply with information discipline, keep documents confidential, respect the truth; promote the spirit of cooperative cooperation between Party and State advisory agencies.
In the coming time, the Central Party Office needs to prepare well for the work of serving the 14th National Congress of the Party.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, General Secretary To Lam awarded the First Class Labor Medal to the Central Party Office for its outstanding achievements in strategic consultation work serving the Politburo and the Secretariat in organizing and managing the Party's leadership work and for its great achievements in the country's socio-economic development.
