Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Thi Sy (42 years old) - Chief Inspector, former Head of Inspection Director Department II, High People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City - was appointed to the position of Head of the Accounting and Administration Department of the Court of Appeal.
Ms. Tran Thi Minh (43 years old) - Examiner, former Head of the Judicial Administration Department of the High People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City - holds the position of Head of the Judicial Administration Department of the Court of Appeal.
Ms. Ho Dieu Thuy (36 years old) - Inspector, former Deputy Head of the Judicial Administration Department of the High People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City - holds the position of Deputy Head of the Judicial Administration Department of the Court of Appeal.

The appointment decisions take effect from August 16, 2025.
