Advisor Ajit Doval shared that although "instability and uncertainty" are the two keywords mentioned most often when talking about the world situation, in that environment, the main factor stabilizing the situation is trust and desire for joint development, so he hopes that the two countries will continue to cooperate, develop and bring relations to a new level.

General Secretary and President To Lam shared that although the world and regional situation has many fluctuations, Vietnam-India relations are still always strong and the visit is proof of traditional friendly cooperation, contributing to peace, stability and development of the region and the world.
General Secretary and President To Lam said that with great potential, the two sides need to cooperate practically in all fields, including economic cooperation, science and technology, digital transformation, new technology, education and training cooperation, and people-to-people exchanges.
At the reception, the two sides assessed that security cooperation is increasingly playing an important role in the relations between the two countries and emphasized further deepening coordination between security, law enforcement and policy-making agencies.
General Secretary and President To Lam requested Vietnam and India to strengthen strategic information sharing, expand cooperation on cybersecurity, digital infrastructure protection, high-tech crime prevention and enhance capacity to respond to non-traditional security challenges.
On the basis of the Vietnam - India Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, General Secretary and President To Lam and Indian National Security Advisor Ajit Doval especially emphasized the need for effective coordination in the fight against terrorism, transnational crime, online fraud and emerging threats, thereby contributing to ensuring national security and social order and safety of each country.
The two sides also agreed to promote links between security and development, expand cooperation in strategic technology fields such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation, innovation, energy and high-quality human resource training, considering this an important foundation to improve the strategic autonomy capacity of each country in the context of increasing global technology competition.
