Also attending the training session were members of the Party Central Committee, members of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Minister of National Defense: General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army; Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien; representatives of the Ministry of Public Security and representatives of leaders of a number of ministries, branches and central agencies.

The summary of the training took place in rainy conditions, Minister Phan Van Giang encouraged and assigned the forces: "The comrades' clothes will be wet, the weapons and equipment will have to be preserved. We hope to try to overcome weather conditions so that we can complete the task well... If on National Day - the main day of the rain parade like this, we still have to go well. Not because of weather conditions, not because of wet clothes, not because of rainwater on the face, we do not go well. There is no time for us to do it again.
According to General Phan Van Giang, from the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South, national reunification and this time the 80th anniversary of the founding of the country, every day, every step, every action, every action and determination of the forces participating in the parade and parade have become much stronger.
"A lot of volunteer comrades. There are groups of 100% of volunteer comrades participating in the parade and parade this time. From there, we can see that the will, responsibility, national pride, patriotism of our officers, soldiers, and young people have now increased significantly. That is why we have made great decisions to be determined to enter our new era" - said the Minister of National Defense.

General Phan Van Giang praised and acknowledged the efforts of the forces participating in the parade and march, especially those who have difficult circumstances but have overcome and put aside their own work to participate in the very meaningful mission.
In particular, the Minister of National Defense highly appreciated the parade and marching of female groups, military bands, etc.
Regarding the vehicles of both the Army and Police forces, Minister Phan Van Giang commented that they "go very well, very well", and at the same time hoped that the forces would recreate these beauties and strengths on the day of the official celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, to gradually become stronger and more majestic.
All blocks are one
Stating that this was the first time we had forces participating in protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland to participate in the parade, with the forces: Navy, Coast Guard, Border Guard, General Phan Van Giang emphasized that this is also an opportunity for Vietnam to affirm to the world that we have all the forces, military branches... to ensure domestic security and firmly protect the Fatherland.

Recalling that the time from now until the date of the celebration is not long, with only more than two weeks left, General Phan Van Giang requested the parade and parade subcommittee to direct the blocks to organize scientific drills, promptly draw lessons for each specific individual; continue to ensure logistics and a scientific lifestyle to ensure safety and maintain health, preparing for the official day of duty.
"Not only a hundred people are one, but every group must be one. Even walking, standing, vehicle blocks and all forces that guarantee us, even committee members and military band members must be the same... We have tried, I hope we will be more determined in the remaining time, General Phan Van Giang noted and encouraged the forces.
