    Vietnamese leaders sent congratulatory messages to Cuban leaders on the occasion of the Republic of Cuba's 73rd anniversary of the Moncada Fortress Offensive.

    The Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed that on the morning of July 26, on the occasion of the Republic of Cuba celebrating the 73rd anniversary of the Moncada Fortress Offensive (July 26, 1953 - July 26, 2026), on July 26, General Secretary and President To Lam sent a congratulatory message to Comrade Miguel Diaz Canel Bermudes - First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, President of the Republic of Cuba; Politburo Member, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister of the Republic of Cuba Manuel Marrero Cruz and Politburo Member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man sent a congratulatory message to the Chairman of the National Assembly of the People's Government of the Republic of Cuba Esteban Lazo Hernández.

    On this occasion, Politburo Member, Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung sent a congratulatory message to Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla.
