The Congress approved the Political Report and Review Report of the 11th Central Military Commission, term 2020-2025; discussed documents of the Central Military Commission; discussed and contributed opinions to the draft documents of the Central Committee and elected a delegation to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The Congress highly agreed with the documents of the Central Military Commission submitted to the Congress, focusing on the main direction and goals, breakthroughs, tasks and solutions, mainly leading the implementation of military and defense tasks, building the Army Party Committee "clean, strong, with comprehensive leadership capacity and high fighting strength" in the 2025-2030 term.
The Congress Resolution identifies the goal of building a "revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern" Army one term earlier than the Resolution of the 11th Army Party Congress.
Speaking at the closing session of the Congress, General Secretary To Lam - Secretary of the Central Military Commission - pointed out that the 12th Congress of the Army Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term has completed all the proposed contents. The Congress focused on democratic discussions, enthusiastically and frankly participating in many comments contributed to the draft documents of the Central Military Commission at the Congress.
