On the morning of June 2, the National Assembly Office said that as scheduled, the 46th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee will take place for 6 days (June 3 - 6, 2025 and June 9 - 10, 2025) at the National Assembly House.
At this session, the National Assembly Standing Committee will spend more time on law-making.
The Standing Committee of the National Assembly will comment on the acquisition, explanation and revision: The draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of the People's Court; The Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Civil Procedure Code, the Law on Administrative Procedure, the Judicial Law Law, the Bankruptcy Law and the Law on Mediation and Dialogue at the Court; Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; The Draft Law amends and supplements a number of articles of the Law on Product and Goods Quality.
The Standing Committee of the National Assembly also commented on the draft Law on Organization of the local government (amended); Draft Law on cadres and civil servants (amended); Draft Chemical Law (amended); Draft Law atomic Energy (amended); Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Advertising Law; Draft Law on Special Consumption Tax (amended); Draft Law on corporate income tax (amended); The Draft Law amended and supplemented a number of articles of the National Assembly's Election Law and People's Council deputies.
The draft laws were reviewed and commented by the National Assembly Standing Committee at the meeting, including: The Draft Law on Employment (amended); Draft Law on personal data protection; Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of the People's Procuracy; Draft Law on State Capital Management and Investment in enterprises; The draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Bidding Law, the Law on Investment in the form of public -private partnership, Customs Law, Export Tax Law, Import Tax, Law on Investment, Public Investment Law, Law on Management and use of Public Assets; Draft Law on Teachers; The draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Energy use economical and efficient.
In addition, the draft Law amended and supplemented a number of articles of the Enterprise Law; Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the State Budget Law (amended); Draft Law on Digital Technology; Draft Law on Science, Technology and Innovation; Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese Nationality; Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Planning Law; Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Credit Institutions; Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Penal Code (amended); The draft Law amended and supplemented a number of articles of the Criminal Procedure Code.
At the meeting on June 5, the National Assembly Standing Committee will consider the project to reorganize provincial-level administrative units in 2025; consider and approve the principles of resolutions on reorganizing commune-level administrative units in 2025.
At the meeting on 6.6, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly will consider the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on the amendment or abolition of the financial management mechanism and specific income of state agencies and units; Giving comments on the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies, especially to invest in developing the railway system.
