Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Ministry of Home Affairs conducts public consultation on individuals proposed for consideration of awarding the title "National Emulation Fighter".
To have a basis before reporting to the Standing Committee of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, the Central Emulation and Reward Council has Official Dispatch No. 1847 to collect public opinions within 10 working days for the following 2 individuals:
1. Mr. Bui Trung Thanh, Deputy Head of Staff and Synthesis Department, Department of Inspection of Detention, Temporary Detention and Execution of Criminal Sentences, Supreme People's Procuracy.
2. Mr. Truong Minh Quan, Deputy Chief of Office, People's Procuracy of Kien Giang province.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that people's opinions on awarding the title of National Emulation Fighter to the above two individuals should be sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs Information Center, address: No. 8 Ton That Thuyet Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi or the Central Emulation and Reward Board, address: No. 103 Quan Thanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
