Resolutely handle policies for cadres and civil servants affected by organizational restructuring

    The Minister of Justice directed units under the ministry to focus on thoroughly handling policies for cadres and civil servants affected by the organizational arrangement.

    On August 8, information from the Ministry of Justice said that Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh had just issued a number of instructions on the key work of the ministry in August.

    The Minister stated that to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the entire Judiciary in particular and the model of local government at both levels in general, specialized units will establish working groups to support localities in resolving problems in the process of implementing tasks.

    At the same time, Minister Nguyen Hai Ninh requested that units complete and submit to the Government a Decree detailing and guiding the implementation of Resolution No. 197/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on a number of special mechanisms and policies to create breakthroughs in law-making and enforcement;

    Review and ensure infrastructure for deploying the Software to support decision-making on the Digital Platform in the field of civil judgment enforcement;

    Strengthen communication of legal policies; upgrade and complete the National Database of Laws to contribute to ensuring the publicity and transparency of the legal system;

    smooth operation of the Information System for receiving and handling feedback and recommendations on legal documents;

    Focus on thoroughly handling policies for cadres and civil servants affected by the organizational arrangement before August 31 according to Conclusion 183 dated August 1 of the Politburo and the Secretariat.

    Previously, in July, units under the Ministry of Justice organized dissemination, dissemination, and consultation on the development of legal documents to implement laws and resolutions passed by the 15th National Assembly at the 9th Session, especially documents on the implementation of the 2-level local government model; closely following and promptly grasping the situation of judicial work in the locality, focusing on guiding local judicial agencies in implementing professional activities; completing and initially effectively implementing the Project on reorganizing the civil judgment enforcement system.
