On September 19, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province said that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has requested agencies, units and localities to resolutely carry out the tasks of reforming administrative procedures (AP) to ensure progress and quality of work according to plan.
Accordingly, agencies and units that have not met the target must focus on organizing the reception and settlement of administrative procedures on time, striving for the rate of records processed on time to reach 95% or more.
At the same time, promote the provision of online public services and online payments to complete the set targets.
In September 2025, the Provincial People's Committee requested to urgently announce the list of administrative procedures to be provided with full and partial online public services for all eligible procedures, with the deadline before September 22, 2025.
In addition, it is necessary to review and simplify the reporting regime; cut down on reports that have been replaced with digital data from information systems and databases; and at the same time deploy electronic reporting within the agency (expired before September 30, 2025).
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also directed relevant agencies to strictly implement assigned tasks on administrative reform.
This is an important content to ensure that the reform of administrative procedures takes place smoothly, effectively, and without interruption in the process of operating the 2-level local government model.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that heads of departments, branches, and sectors, along with Chairmen of People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones, must take responsibility if they delay or do not complete the assigned targets, affecting the Provincial Administrative Reform Index.
The implementation results must be incorporated into monthly and quarterly reports sent to the Provincial People's Committee, and at the same time continue to urge the implementation of key administrative reform tasks.
