Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company continues to spread the value of happiness through the Acecook Happy Scholarship 2024 program. In its 9th year of implementation, the program continues to award 400 scholarships to excellent students from 26 schools nationwide and 35 scholarships to support people in post-typhoon Yagi situations with a total value of more than 3.3 billion VND.
Since 2015, the program has awarded more than 1,831 scholarships worth a total of VND17.5 billion to thousands of talented but disadvantaged students across the country. This is not only financial support for studying but also a strong source of encouragement, empowering the young generation on their journey to conquer knowledge.
With the theme image of "Paper Cranes" symbolizing the will and aspiration to reach far, each scholarship in the AHS program has "given wings" for students to fly high in the sky of knowledge, and at the same time is a source of encouragement, promoting confidence to help students achieve their dreams and ambitions. This year, the AHS program received 1,650 applications from high schools, colleges and universities, thereby selecting 400 most outstanding faces. In particular, the program also added 35 accompanying scholarships specifically for students in the northern mountainous region affected by Typhoon Yagi.
In addition to awarding scholarships, Acecook's AHS 2024 program also implements many meaningful activities such as: "Happy Bookshelf" for schools in remote areas, helping students access more rich learning materials; "Happy Career Preparation" workshop series organized both online and in-person, equipping students with soft skills and creative thinking; Online foreign language and skills courses, supporting capacity building, preparing for the career journey. These accompanying activities have expanded opportunities for learning, exchanging, and connecting, helping students have a more comprehensive view of the future.
