"Hot spot" Da Nang - Hue: Agribank leaders directly direct
On November 4 and 5, 2025, Agribank General Director Pham Toan Vuong led a working group to enter the center of flood areas in Da Nang, Quang Nam, and Hue. Accompanying him were Chairwoman of the Trade Union Tu Thi Kim Thanh, Deputy General Director Do Duc Thanh and leaders of the professional departments.

Reports from the branches show the level of devastation to be particularly serious: 24 dead and missing, more than 100,000 households were deeply flooded, many areas were completely isolated, traffic infrastructure and houses were destroyed. Many Agribank transaction offices were deeply flooded, had power outages, lost connections, and suffered damage to facilities of about 5 billion VND.
However, the branches immediately restored the system, ensured continuous transactions, coordinated with the government to support people in counting damage and recovering production.
activeness: Support staff, customers and the community
Agribank Trade Union donated 1 billion VND to Quang Nam and 800 million VND to Hue, directly sharing difficulties with officials in flooded areas. Agribank General Director visited and supported Hello International Joint Stock Company Vietnam - a long-time customer who suffered heavy damage, and activated a preferential credit package to help businesses restore production.

Agribank has allocated 4 billion VND from the Social Security Fund to directly support affected communes and wards. This effort not only provides financial support but also adds confidence and spiritual strength to the Central community during the most difficult period.
Hot instructions: Resolutely - quickly - create momentum for recovery

The General Director requested branches to summarize damage, restructure debt, deploy credit packages to restore houses, agriculture and business, and at the same time promote digital banking to maintain continuous operations. With hourly response speed, strong spirit and systematic response plan, Agribank has become a solid "support", helping the Central region rise up right after the storm and flood, paving the way for economic recovery and stabilizing people's lives, while affirming its position as a bank that always accompanies the community in the face of natural disasters.
Since the beginning of 2025, Agribank has spent about 70 billion VND to support the work of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, out of a total of nearly 500 billion VND that the bank has spent on social security activities for the community across the country.
