On the afternoon of November 10, 2025, the Launching Ceremony of the Smart Kiosk pilot model and the Authentication System, issue of electronic document copies was held at the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center. Agribank is a Kiosk sponsor, accompanying Hanoi City to improve the quality of public administrative services; supporting people and businesses to access convenient, fast and transparent public services.
The Smart Kiosk system to authenticate and issue digital copies of electronic documents is one of the pioneering solutions in the process of modernizing the capital's administrative system, applying artificial intelligence (AI) and smart identification technology to automate the certification process. People just need to go directly to the Kiosk: scan the original documents, the system will automatically identify, check the validity, authenticate information and immediately issue a legal electronic copy in just a few minutes - quickly, accurately, no more waiting in line.
In the first phase, Agribank sponsored the first 10 Smart Kiosks to be piloted at the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center. After the pilot phase, Hanoi City, the Public Administration Service Center and Agribank plan to continue researching and expanding the model to branches of the Public Administration Service Center, transaction points of Agribank and some other public locations, creating maximum convenience for people when implementing public services.
Appreciating the smart Kiosk pilot model and the efforts of all parties, Mr. Truong Viet Dung - Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee shared: "I find that the smart Kiosk pilot model and the authentication system, issuing digital copies of electronic documents is truly practical and effective. I have special faith in Agribank - as promised, the implementation is very smooth, fast, and methodical. With the biggest goal of serving the people better, the city also commended the Public Administration Service Center for implementing many models in the recent past, actively contributing to the results of digital transformation and administrative reform of the City".
Speaking at the event, Mr. To Huy Vu - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agribank emphasized: "Hanoi City is the first locality in the country to pilot a Smart Kiosk model, associated with authentication and issuance of digital electronic documents - an initiative that clearly demonstrates the strategic vision and innovation capacity of the Capital government. Agribank is proud to be the first state-owned commercial bank to cooperate with Hanoi City in implementing this model. Today's event affirms Agribank's pioneering role in realizing the Government's policy on administrative reform, digital transformation and national financial inclusion. This is not only a technical coordination, but also an ideological and missionary companionship - together serving the people better, more effectively and more transparently".
Removing "bottlenecks" in administrative digital transformation
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Cu Ngoc Trang - Director of the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center said: Implementing the major policies of the Party and State on breakthroughs in science - technology, innovation and national digital transformation, Hanoi has been taking the lead in building a serving administration - taking people as the center, taking data as the foundation, taking technology as the driving force for development. In general, administrative procedure reform is the front line of digital transformation, where every change, no matter how small, creates a big impact on people and businesses.
