Biti's awards 1.7 billion VND to celebrate 20 years of scholarships to nurture Vietnamese talents

ANH SON |

On August 7, Biti's organized the 20th "Nourishing Vietnamese Talents" Scholarship Award Ceremony, marking 20 years of following in the footsteps of the future with many generations of students.

Marking the 20-year milestone, the "Biti's - Cherishing Vietnamese Talents" Scholarship is organized as a series of activities towards the comprehensive development of children and family cohesion. In addition to 1,000 scholarships with a total value of more than 1.67 billion VND for children of officials and employees throughout the system, the program also brings many experiential activities such as workshops "Raising children in the AI era", the "Biti's Kids Got Talent" contest, an experience area for families and an exhibition marking the 20-year scholarship journey. Through this, Biti's wishes not only to provide learning opportunities but also to create space for parents and children to learn, explore and develop together.

That spirit is continued from the journey that Biti's has persistently maintained for two decades. Responding to the call of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, in 2006, Biti's initiated the "Cherishing Vietnamese Talents" Scholarship Fund with the desire to add motivation for learning and nurture dreams for future generations. After 20 years, the program has awarded more than 15,000 scholarships, with a total value of over 16 billion VND, becoming one of the community activities that Biti's has maintained persistently. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, the scholarship fund is still maintained as a practical sharing for the children of workers, adding faith for them to firmly step on the path of learning.

Since 2023, the "Biti's - Nurturing Vietnamese Talents" Scholarship has been redesigned into a series of comprehensive educational programs, aimed at the development of Body - Mind - Mind. In addition to scholarship awarding activities, many workshops on emotions, skills and thinking, creative art playgrounds and experiential activities are implemented throughout, opening up opportunities for each student to discover their abilities, nurture passion and develop in their own way; and at the same time help parents have more luggage to accompany their children on the journey of maturity.

Twenty years is a journey written from faith, perseverance and thousands of wings given to dreams. It is also a motivation for Biti's to continue to expand learning, experience and comprehensive development opportunities for children in the following years.

In the coming time, Biti's will continue to preserve and promote the value of the "Nurturing Vietnamese Talents" Scholarship, steadfastly with the mission of creating conditions for each student to develop comprehensively in Body - Mind - Mind, confidently pursue their dreams with their own abilities and identity, contributing to building a generation of intellectually rich, compassionate citizens and joining hands to nurture a happy and prosperous Vietnam.
