Attending the announcement ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Deputy Director, Department of Organization and Personnel, State Bank of Vietnam (SBV); Ms. Bui Thi Thu Huong - Deputy Head of the Central Personnel Department, SBV; on the side of CIC, there were the participation of the Party Executive Committee, Management Board, General Director, representatives of departments, Trade Unions, and Youth Union.
Mr. Cao Van Binh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CIC, announced Decision No. 2886/QD-NHNN signed on July 28, 2025 of the Governor of the SBV on the appointment of Mr. Tran Trung Dung, Acting General Director, and at the same time holding the position of concurrent member of the Board of Directors of CIC. This decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, on behalf of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of CIC, Mr. Cao Van Binh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CIC, acknowledged the work results achieved by Mr. Tran Trung Dung, even though he has only worked at CIC for more than 7 months.
With the trust of the Deputy Governor in charge and the trust of the Board of Directors, CIC hopes that Mr. Tran Trung Dung will continue to promote and contribute more to the work of perfecting the Board of Directors; thereby improving the quality and efficiency of direction and operation; ensuring the building of an environment and working culture with a spirit of dedication - striving - Mr. Binh said.
At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Trung Dung expressed his deep gratitude to the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the State Bank in general and CIC in particular for trusting him with the new responsibility.

In his new position, with more than 20 years of experience working in the finance - banking sector and the spirit of openness and democratic centralism, Mr. Tran Trung Dung affirmed that he will continuously strive to successfully complete assigned tasks, and at the same time, he also hopes to receive the attention and direction of the SBV Board of Directors, the support of the Board of Directors and the collective of civil servants and employees of CIC to build CIC to grow stronger.
