When 94% of transactions are carried out through digital channels, banking services are increasingly deeply present in customers' daily lives.
This is a typical milestone in HDBank's retail strategy, besides scale, ecosystem strength, market coverage - factors that contribute to making HDBank the first Vietnamese bank to receive the title "Asia's Best Retail Bank 2026" honored by the international financial magazine Euromoney.
Along with the highest title in the retail banking sector in Asia, HDBank was also awarded two awards "Best Retail Bank in Vietnam" (Vietnam's Best Retail Bank) and "Best Bank for SMEs in Vietnam" (Vietnam's Best Bank for SMEs). The bank also participates in the group of fast-growing banks in Asia - Pacific in 2026.
94% of transactions on digital channels, serving more than 34 million customers
Behind this trio of prestigious awards is HDBank's journey to bring financial services closer to each need in life: from accounts for students, salary payment solutions for employees, capital sources suitable for farmers' production cycles to payment services, cash collection and other digital utilities.

Currently, the financial ecosystem including HDBank, Vikki Bank and HD SAISON is serving more than 34 million customers. Along with digital channels, a network of nearly 380 bank transaction points and more than 27,000 financial transaction points has created a large connectivity capacity, helping banks expand their access to financial services to many customer groups.
