The forum is organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Construction and Building Materials (SACA) under the patronage of the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), gathering many businesses, experts and managers with the common goal of creating a sustainable development construction industry.
