At 8:15 am on the same day, July 23, about 197 workers temporarily stopped working and gathered at the Human Resources Department to petition and request the company to fully resolve regimes on social insurance (BHXH) and health insurance (BHYT) for employees.
The reason is that the company has not paid social insurance and health insurance for employees with an amount of more than 4 billion VND, the debt period is from November 2025.
After receiving the opinions, representatives of the Human Resources Department coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors and the Grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee to hold an emergency meeting and agree on a handling plan.
Accordingly, the Board of Directors is committed to fully and in accordance with legal regulations ensuring all legitimate rights of employees related to social insurance and health insurance regimes.
The company will come up with a specific solution roadmap and transparently announce it to all employees.
The collective of workers agreed with the plan and committed to resolving it from the Board of Directors and the Trade Union Executive Committee, and returned to normal work from 10:30 am on the same day.
