In addition, EVNHCMC will rearrange the current 15 power companies into 10 power companies, so the area of serving and caring for electricity customers in the old Ho Chi Minh City will also have changes.

EVNHCMC also noted that from July 1, 2025, to send requests and look up electricity usage information, customers using electricity in Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau (old) should install the EVNHCMC application ( app) on mobile devices via the link https://cskh.evnhcmc.vn/ungdungcskh.html and link the current customer code for use.

Customers using electricity in Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau (old) need to pay the electricity bill through EVNHCMC's portal. In addition, customers who have registered to pay by automatic debt collection and payment authorization need to contact the bank to change the information of the old electricity bill payment account number to the new account number of EVNHCMC.
In the Ho Chi Minh City area (old), after arranging 10 power companies, customers using electricity in Nha Be and Can Gio districts will pay electricity bills through the account number of Tan Thuan Power Company; customers in Districts 10, Phu Nhuan, Tan Binh will pay electricity bills through the account number of Saigon Power Company; customers in Districts 11, Tan Phu will pay electricity bills through the account number of Cho Lon Power Company; customers in Go Vap district will pay electricity bills through the account number of Gia Dinh Power Company.

EVNHCMC leaders also note that taking advantage of the policy of arranging and merging power units, bad actors can continue to make calls impersonating electricity employees to commit fraud.
Therefore, if you receive a call suspected of impersonating "power Company" or claiming to be "power Company" but do not clearly state the name, management area of the power company, or information is unclear and transparent, customers need to be very vigilant.
At the same time, absolutely do not provide personal information, bank account information or electricity usage information to strangers to avoid being scammed or having your property stolen.
