EVNHCMC has just issued a document directing its affiliated units to ensure the supply of electricity for the 2025 high school graduation exam to coordinate with the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City in providing stable and safe electricity for the exam.
Accordingly, EVNHCMC assigned regional power companies and related units to inspect and maintain the entire medium-low voltage power grid system and transformer stations at the exam locations. Power supply plans are carefully prepared, ready for stable, safe and continuous operation throughout the exam.
Power companies will arrange at least 2 technical staff on duty in areas with exam locations, ensuring readiness to quickly handle incidents (if any). Arrange forces to be on duty to lead and operate at units throughout the exam to direct and support timely coordination.
EVNHCMC also arranged backup generators at the exam printing star councils and the exam judging councils, using generators under the management of the electricity industry.

Previously, on June 10, a working group of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) led by Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong had a working session with the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on preparations for the 2025 high school graduation exam.
Here, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City Nguyen Bao Quoc said that the 2025 high school graduation exam in Ho Chi Minh City has a scale of 99,578 candidates registered to take the exam, an increase of 8,891 candidates compared to the previous year.
The city has arranged 171 exam locations with a total of 4,242 exam rooms. Specifically, 168 exam points with 4,180 exam rooms for candidates under the 2018 program and 3 exam points with 62 exam rooms for candidates under the 2006 program. Each exam location is arranged with 3 reserve rooms to handle arising situations.
Mr. Quoc assessed that one of the strengths of the city's exam preparation work is the synchronous and effective coordination between departments, branches and sectors.
Ho Chi Minh City Police actively participate in ensuring absolute security and security from printing exam questions to organizing exams and marking exams. The Department of Health is ready with health care plans and medical situation handling.
