The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by leaders of FUMAKILLA Vietnam Co., Ltd., representatives of FUMAKILLA Group of Japan and company officials and employees.
The project has an investment capital of 13.8 million USD, estimated to be built in 5 months and put into operation in the first quarter of 2027. The factory is expected to employ about 480 workers. After completion, the enterprise's production capacity will double compared to before, meeting both domestic and export market demands.
The expansion project will be synchronously invested in lines, equipment and technology according to the standards of FUMAKILLA Group of Japan, aiming to improve production efficiency, save energy and develop sustainably.
Mr. Le Van Long - General Director of Fumakilla Vietnam Co., Ltd., General Director of Production Operations of Fumakilla Group of Japan - said that the expansion of the factory is a strategic step to improve production capacity, increase automation and meet the increasing needs of the market.
We will continue to promote Japanese technology and management standards to bring high-quality, safe and consumer-friendly products, while contributing to the socio-economic development of Vietnam," Mr. Long said.
Mr. Norio Oshimo - Vice Chairman of the Member Council of FUMAKILLA Vietnam Co., Ltd. - said that Vietnam is one of the key markets in the group's development strategy in Asia. The decision to continue investing in expanding the factory shows the business's confidence in the investment environment, human resources and development potential of Vietnam.

Established in 1994, FUMAKILLA Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% owned enterprise of Fumakilla Group of Japan, operating in the field of producing household insecticide and deodorizing products.
According to the business, in more than 30 years of operation in Vietnam, the company has continuously invested in technology, modernized production lines and developed products suitable for climate conditions as well as the needs of the domestic market.
The current product portfolio includes insect spray, mosquito repellent incense, room spray. According to market research results of NielsenIQ Vietnam, the JUMBO VAPE brand has continuously maintained its TOP 1 position in terms of market share, output and revenue in the household insecticide industry from 2015 to present.
In addition to the domestic market, products manufactured at Dong Nai factory are currently exported to many countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Haiti, South Korea, Mexico... and some other markets.
In addition to production activities, since 2011, FUMAKILLA Vietnam has also coordinated with the Vietnam Women's Union to implement campaigns to prevent and treat dengue fever in localities nationwide, contributing to raising awareness and protecting community health.
