According to JEIL E&C Group, Phase 1 of JEIL Logistics Complex Long Thanh High-Tech Park is about 4 hectares in scale, located in Amata Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park. The project started construction in March this year and is expected to officially go into operation after a 2-month trial run phase from March to April 2027.
JEIL Logistics Complex Long Thanh High-Tech Park is designed with a total floor area (GFA) of 23,281 m2, including two blocks of cold storage and regular warehouses and a 3-story office building. To meet the increasing demand for cold chain logistics networks in Southern Vietnam, the project is designed with a special structure including 70% cold storage and 30% regular warehouse (dry warehouse).
This project marks the second important milestone of JEIL E&C Group in the Vietnamese market, continuing the success of the first project – “JEIL Logistics 1 Nam Dinh Vu Hai Phong Center”, which has been in operation since January 2026 with the main tenant being VinFast Company – a global electric vehicle manufacturer belonging to Vingroup. Promoting the business model that has been verified in Hai Phong, the Jeil Logistics Center Long Thanh High-Tech Park project continues to be co-invested by Korea Investment Real Asset Management (KIRA) – a Smart City (S) fund management unit, belonging to the PIS (Plant, Infrastructure, and Smart City) Phase 1 Fund, established by the Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to promote investment and development abroad. In addition, Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development (KIND) Group has also officially joined as a co-investor after conducting a feasibility study of the project.

Located in Long Thanh, Dong Nai - the strategic traffic hub of the Southern region, the project is expected to promote regional linkage efficiency, contributing to improving regional logistics capacity. The project is 10 km from Long Thanh International Airport - a key national infrastructure project under construction, and about 30 km from Thu Thiem New Urban Area, the international financial center of Ho Chi Minh City.
With a long-term vision, JEIL E&C Group will expand phase 2 with an area of 6ha, contributing to expanding the project complex to 10ha to integrate modern logistics centers and ready-to-lease warehouse and factory (RBF) systems.
