On the afternoon of May 29, at the Head Office, the Factory held an advanced model conference for the period 2020-2025 (Conference) to summarize the patriotic emulation movement and honor outstanding individuals and groups. The conference is not only an administrative summary event, but truly becomes a space of gratitude, inspiration and establishing a development vision in the next stage.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Vu Thanh Hai - Party Committee Secretary, Factory Director, on behalf of the Party Committee and the Factory Board of Directors, commended and acknowledged the tireless efforts of the staff and workers over the past 5 years.
He emphasized: "We do not compete to achieve achievements, but to mature, to contribute. Emulation starts from daily work - every small initiative, every safe operation, every effective device control is the result of seriousness, intelligence and dedication.
From a newly established factory, lacking experience, human resources, and even a management model, we have gradually stabilized, built an operating culture, created a foundation of safety - efficiency - beyond productivity. That is proof that, with efforts to overcome difficulties, the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, each unit can overcome the challenge of rising up with their own internal strength.
I am especially impressed with seemingly simple initiatives such as improving the conveyor belt system, adjusting operating logic... but bringing great efficiency. We need more people who dare to think - dare to do - dare to express. Emulation is an environment to demonstrate capacity - not only for oneself but also for the collective, for the electricity industry.
In the period of 2020-2025, the factory has launched and maintained many emulation movements close to reality. Notably, the factory has participated and exceeded the initiative target by 107% in the 10,000 initiatives program launched by the EVN Trade Union.

Recognize and honor
At the Conference, the Organizing Committee commended 2 groups and 11 individuals with outstanding achievements. At the same time, 3 representatives of the unit presented quality presentations, highlighting solutions in labor safety, equipment operation and developing grassroots initiatives. The presentations have a practical breath, originating from daily work but containing professional passion and the desire to contribute.
New challenges - New opportunities
Despite many outstanding results, the Factory's Board of Directors also frankly acknowledged 5 risks affecting the quality of operation in the coming period: Equipment begins to deteriorate after many years of continuous operation; Personnel fluctuations, especially gray bleeding due to new projects attracting skilled workers; Pressure for growth of national electricity demand, requiring increased mobilization capacity; fluctuations in fuel costs and supply are unstable; Request for administrative reform, improving operational efficiency in the direction of streamlining and digitalization.
Faced with these challenges, emulation is no longer a movement but must become a management solution - a cultural solution. Emulation must go into each job position, associated with KPI, initiatives, training, digital transformation and social responsibility.
