Implementing the Joint Plan of the profession and the Standing Committee of the Company's Trade Union, during the Workers' Month and the peak months of the dry season in 2025, the Trade Union of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company has developed and organized many meaningful activities. The purpose is to encourage and motivate the pioneering spirit in production labor, care for and look after the lives of employees, demonstrating the responsibility of leaders and trade unions at all levels in constantly improving the lives, material and spiritual needs, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees in the Company.
Along with that, the Company's Trade Union hopes to encourage employees to promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and overcome difficulties of the staff, employees, strive to exceed production and business targets, ensure stable and continuous electricity supply requirements, serve production, and meet increased electricity demand in the dry months of 2025.

A series of activities organized by the company include: Towards the 139th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2025) - a major holiday of the working class and people, the Company's Trade Union held a meeting, visited and promoted the glorious tradition of the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union with the indomitable spirit, indomitable will and extraordinary determination of employees in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
The launching ceremony of a series of communication programs, organizing the celebration of the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (19.5.1890-19.5.2025) - the great leader, the Father of the nation and the close friend of the working class, the one who always cares, cares for, and guides the working class movement, the pioneering class, contributing greatly to the cause of national liberation and national construction.
The Company's Trade Union has implemented a series of meaningful practical activities during Workers' Month in 2025, such as: Proposing a professional leadership to support increasing the mid-term meal allowance for employees during the dry months of 2025. On June 3, 2025, the Trade Union coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize a Conference on "Summary of the direction and operation of the safety and hygiene network for the 2023-2025 term" and "Safe and economic shift emulation movement for the 2020-2025 period", with the aim of raising awareness, responsibility, and labor discipline, as well as arousing creativity, proactiveness and internal solidarity among employees and employees. The conference also honored and commended safety and hygiene workers, workers who have excellently operated in the shift emulation movement, and have made many contributions to the development of the unit and the Company.

With the motto: "Accompanying workers in the peak month of the dry season", with the goal of sharing and caring for workers on duty at production locations in the Factory line, on June 17, 2025, the Company's Trade Union coordinated with the Company's Professional Leadership Board, EVNGENCO2 Trade Union, EVNGENCO2's 2025 dry season electricity supply steering committee to visit, encourage, give gifts, and encourage workers working here.
Focus on the Workers' Month 2025, demonstrating the spirit of "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves", the Company's Trade Union organized visits to workers in difficult circumstances and those who had accidents during the production process. With the amount of 26 million VND taken from the Company's Welfare Fund, the Trade Union visited, presented gifts, and encouraged 13 employees with serious illnesses, those in especially difficult circumstances, and employees with disabilities.
"Although the amount of money is not much, it is a word of comfort, encouragement, sharing and a tight handshake that we want to send to our brothers and colleagues in unfortunate circumstances, so that they can see that there are still many people behind them who care and share. The union always accompanies employees not only at work but also in daily life" - Ms. Trinh Thu Thuy, PCT of the Company's Union shared.
Also during Workers' Month, in order to promptly honor typical individuals with outstanding achievements in production labor, who have made many contributions to the overall development of the Company, the Company's Trade Union commended and awarded 14 individuals who won the title of "Outstanding Electricity Workers" at the Company-level Workers' Conference held in early July 2025.

In addition, the Company also aims for social security activities in the community. In the first 6 months of 2025, the Company's Trade Union has coordinated with the Company's professional support to build 2 solidarity houses, "Love Shelter" houses for policy households and families in difficult circumstances in the locality; regular allowances for 15 people in difficult circumstances in Chi Linh ward, visits and care for Vietnamese heroic mothers, etc.
