In addition, the Company must carry out major tasks such as: Continuing to overcome the situation of dust filtering that violates the environment; Restoring the production capacity of Line 1 to meet the requirements of the Northern power system according to the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, EVN; Developing and implementing fuel conversion projects according to the direction of the Government in the decision approving the VIII power plan.

At the Conference, Ms. Do Thi Phuong Huyen - Head of the People's Inspectorate reported on the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations at the workplace, the results of the inspection and supervision work of the People's Inspectorate for the 2023-2025 term.
With a democratic and open atmosphere, delegates actively participated in discussing the contents on improving the effectiveness of coordination between the Trade Union and the profession in implementing key coordination contents, implementing policies for employees; solutions to ensure occupational safety and hygiene, environmental landscape, working conditions for employees; solutions to ensure jobs and income for workers.
The delegates attending the conference discussed and voted unanimously to approve the Collective Labor Agreement and the Company's Labor Regulations with many provisions that are more beneficial to employees than those prescribed by labor law.
