Expanding growth potential thanks to integrated service solutions
One of the important growth drivers of ROX Key in the past year is the cross-selling service model between units in the ecosystem. By connecting customer needs in industrial parks and urban areas with the portfolio of operational services - utilities - technology solutions, ROX Key gradually expands its customer base and increases value per existing customer.
Thanks to this strategy, ROX Key has developed more new customers outside the ROX Group ecosystem, an increase of 18% compared to 2024.

Taking advantage of customer data from industrial parks, urban areas and operating projects has helped ROX Key understand the actual needs of businesses and residents. From there, businesses can design appropriate service packages, increase customer experience and improve business efficiency.
This is also a positive sign showing that the competitiveness of businesses is being strengthened through the model of providing integrated service packages, instead of just stopping at individual operating services.
This growth momentum also creates a foundation for ROX Key to continue investing in technology, standardizing operating procedures and developing new products and services, towards sustainable growth in the next stage.
Joining forces to reach further, towards excellent operation
Stepping into 2026, ROX Key identifies the key strategy as "Joining forces to reach far", based on two main pillars including: Integrated service package (Solution Package) and Excellent operation, aiming for revenue growth of 26% compared to 2025.

Sharing about development orientations, Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep, General Director of ROX Key, said: "Joining forces to reach further is both a business goal and a way for ROX Key to promote the strength of the ecosystem, operating capacity and technology platform to create sustainable value for customers. When services, solutions and data are effectively connected, businesses can expand markets, improve operating quality and build long-term competitive advantages.
In which, the Integrated Service Solution is oriented to become an important business platform, helping ROX Key maximize available customer data in industrial parks and urban areas to cross-sell services and provide linked solutions. In parallel, the excellent operation pillar is identified as a platform to improve service quality and increase competitiveness.
Through the coordination of member units such as IMC, TNTech and TNPM, solutions such as smart industrial park models, smart operation and security checkpoint software, Timi 24/7 resident assistant application and supporting applications are being deployed, creating a platform to expand cross-selling services and enhance customer experience.
The deployment of FM software throughout the system is also considered an important step to standardize management and operation. At the same time, ROX Key will implement Mid-High Operating Standard classification for each service segment, aiming to improve service quality standards throughout the system.
With this strategy, ROX Key sets a revenue growth target of up to 26% in 2026. Along with that is the goal of conquering customers outside the ecosystem with a growth rate of 56%.

ROX Key's "Joining forces to reach far" orientation is also associated with the common goal of ROX Group in the new development phase, towards the 30-year milestone of formation and development of the group. In that picture, ROX Key continues to play the role of an operating service and solution provider in the ecosystem, contributing to completing the value chain and enhancing customer experience throughout the system.
With a growth foundation from 2025 and the "Joining forces to reach far" orientation, ROX Key is gradually completing its business model based on excellent integrated and operational service solutions. This is considered a direction to help businesses improve operational capacity, expand growth potential and create a long-term development platform in the next stage.
