Maintain growth momentum, complete business goals
In the first 9 months of 2025, SeABank maintained a stable growth momentum, firmly aiming to complete key goals. Total assets reached more than VND 380,808 billion, up 16.92% compared to the end of 2024 and exceeding the annual plan by 106%.
Outstanding loans to customers reached VND 233,562 billion, up 11.6% thanks to expanding a selective credit portfolio and effectively implementing capital support solutions. Deposits and documents mobilized at VND211,674 billion, up 6.5%. Own capital increased by more than 15% compared to December 31, 2025, reaching nearly VND 40,268 billion; charter capital at VND 28,450 billion; bad debt ratio remained at 1.95%.
Adhering to the strategy of diversifying products and investing in technology, SeABank expands the partner ecosystem and diversifies revenue sources. Thanks to that, non-interest income (NOII) reached VND 3,856 billion, up nearly 134% over the same period; total operating income (TOI) reached VND 11,109 billion, up 21%. The proportion of non-interest income on TOI reached 34.72%, reflecting a diverse and sustainable revenue structure.

After 9 months, SeABank's total revenue reached VND 22,066 billion, up 26.83%; pre-tax profit reached VND 6,739 billion, up 49.5% over the same period and completing 104% of the 2025 plan. This result shows improved profit margin, improved capital efficiency, and created a solid financial foundation for the Bank.
Entering the fourth quarter of 2025, SeABank focuses on improving growth quality, reviewing credit portfolios, optimizing capital efficiency and profit margin through asset governance - flexible capital sources. At the same time, the Bank will strengthen proactive risk management, set aside appropriate reserves, ensure safety indicators according to Basel III standards, and create a foundation for sustainable growth.

In the first 9 months of 2025, the Bank will continue to develop products and services for each customer segment, while implementing many incentive programs and comprehensive financial solution packages for individual and corporate customers.
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) and women-owned enterprises continue to be key customers in the comprehensive financial promotion strategy, with "tailored" support programs according to the characteristics of each field such as FDI, construction, trade - services...
For individual customers, SeABank promotes the digitalization of products and services, bringing a seamless experience on all platforms. The bank continuously launches creative products with outstanding value, typically the 2in1 SeASoul Visa card - collaborating with singer My Tam, combining financial utilities and emotional experiences. From now until the end of the year, this product will continue to spread through the series of events My Tam Live Concert 2025 - See The Light.
Resolutely implementing sustainable commitments
SeABank is steadfast in its sustainable development goals, linking business operations with social responsibility. In the first 9 months of 2025, the Bank has handed over 856 newly built and repaired houses to poor households in Hoa Binh province, with a total value of 30 billion VND; supported 5 billion VND for the temporary housing removal program in Thai Nguyen; and sponsored nearly 1 billion VND in scholarships for students in difficult circumstances.
Charity activities - for the environment continue to be carried out through 4 internal funds including: Spring of Love, SeABanker for Children, dream Seeding, Let's Go Green with SeABank, with programs such as Ocean Cleanup or Garbage exchanging festival for gifts.
