Implementing the Youth Union work program and youth movement in 2026; implementing Plan No. 204-KH/ĐUCIC dated March 17, 2026 of the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Credit Information Center (CIC) on the Plan to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style in 2026; with the aim of strengthening propaganda and political and ideological education to CIC union members and youth; on the afternoon of April 3, 2026, at the CIC headquarters, the CIC Youth Union organized a thematic activity with the theme "Living ideally, living beautifully, living usefully - CIC youth learn and follow Uncle Ho on the journey to build a new era".
The program was attended by Comrade Cao Van Binh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Management Council cum General Director of CIC, Comrade Le Khanh Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of the Central Bank, and all CIC members. The meeting was also attended by Dr. Le Trung Kien, currently working at the Ho Chi Minh Institute, and leaders of the Party and the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.
The program opened with a documentary screening, reviewing the 95-year glorious tradition of building and growing up of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. Valuable documentary footage, authentic images and meaningful comments have helped CIC union members and youth to deeply understand the glorious tradition of the Union organization, thereby constantly training, striving, following in their fathers and brothers' footsteps, and promoting the spirit of responsibility on the journey of building the country.
Continuing the program is the sharing of speaker Dr. Le Trung Kien on the topic "Living ideally, living beautifully, living usefully - CIC youth learn and follow Uncle Ho in the journey to build a new era". Through stories about people, life and career of President Ho Chi Minh, the speaker focused on clarifying three points: "living ideally" - setting goals to strive for the benefit of the community and the country, "living beautifully" - cultivating morality, civilized and compassionate lifestyle and "living usefully" - turning knowledge and enthusiasm into practical actions; thereby inspiring union members and youth about the journey of life, from studying, starting a business, innovating, creating to social responsibility; linking revolutionary ideals with the practice of personal development and serving the country - in the journey of the new development era of the nation. Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style are the model for each union member and youth to "cultivate themselves, train themselves, self-cultivate themselves, self-criticize themselves and strive to become valuable people" just as Uncle Ho wrote in the poem "Self-advice" excerpted from the poetry collection "Diary in Prison":

Thinking of yourself in hardship
Misfortune trains, spirit becomes more enthusiastic
The program is a meaningful political activity, spreading to the young generation of CIC the spirit of determination to train themselves, study seriously, work creatively, "Live ideally, live beautifully, live usefully", striving to complete the assigned political tasks, contributing to the cause of building the country in the new era - the era of national rise.
