Samsung and Vietnam have been connected to one by sharing the drops of blood - the origin of life and I hope this connection will forever be extended in the future, said Mr. Na Ki Hong New General Director of Samsung Vietnam at the event on March 6.

At this event, Samsung Vietnam presented nearly 400 million VND in support. This is the amount of money contributed through voluntary blood donation activities of Samsung's staff in 2024.
Speaking at the event, the General Director of Samsung Vietnam said that this was the first time he participated in a social charity activity after being officially appointed as General Director of Samsung Vietnam.
I feel extremely meaningful to meet and provide some support to patients with blood diseases, perhaps this will be a memory that I will never forget Mr. Na said.

According to Mr. Na, Samsung's blood donation activity is a charity activity because the community is most responded to by Samsung employees and has long become a typical charity activity of Samsung. As of 2024, the accumulated units of blood donated have reached more than 120,000 units.
The fund to support patients with difficulty with blood diseases is Quy, contributed through the annual voluntary blood donation activities of Samsung staff.
Started donating the Fund since 2016, up to now, the total amount of money Samsung has supported for patients in difficult circumstances with blood diseases at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion has reached nearly 4 billion VND.
The voluntary blood donation program is one of many annual volunteer activities of Samsung employees that have been implemented since 2010. Having continuously contributed a large amount of blood to the national blood bank for many years, voluntary blood donation is not only an important and typical social responsibility program in a series of community activities of Samsung in Vietnam but also a proud beauty of the tradition of mutual love of Samsung employees, young people who are always willing to share difficulties with the community.
In the coming time, Samsung will continue to strive to maintain and develop blood donation activities in particular and other community activities in general Mr. Na Ki Hong affirmed.
