In addition, this year the Bank also received the "Most Caring Company Award 2024" award for the best employee care.

These prestigious awards are a testament to the Bank's outstanding efforts in creating a professional working environment, building effective employee care policies based on a human resources development strategy that puts human resources at the core of sustainable development.

This year, the HR Asia organization used the TEAM (Total Engagement Assessment Model) comprehensive assessment model to survey the level of satisfaction of Nam A Bank employees based on 3 factors: Core (strategy - structure), Self (individual), and Group (team).

All 3 factors surveyed by Nam A Bank have outstanding scores compared to the average score of the market. Specifically, the Core score is 4.04 compared to the average market score of 3.72; the Self score is 4.33 compared to the average score of 3.88; the Group score is 4.43 compared to the average score of 3.98 points.
