Vinhomes is implementing a program to support customers to convert idle gold for real estate transactions, with the companionship of gold, silver and gemstone companies to ensure safety and transparency of assets. The program applies to the amount of gold owned before April 25, 2026, the value of gold converted into cash is at least 80% of the value of the apartment.
After 5 years, depending on the profit margin increase and demand, customers have full choice: either continue to own real estate, or receive back the amount equivalent to 110% of the converted gold.
The program helps customers benefit in all scenarios, when they can choose to own potential Vinhomes real estate, or preserve the existing gold, plus a profit of 10% of that gold.
