This is also V.Rohto's way of getting into the rhythm of World vi du Day 2025 (09.10) with the global message "Love your eyes", continuing the journey of more than 20 years of community vision care and spreading the message of loving Vietnamese eyes.
The event was accompanied by Ho Chi Minh City Eye Hospital, the Association for the Protection of Poor Patients, People with Disabilities and Children's Rights Protection of Lam Dong province and local agencies.
Here, V.Rohto organized free eye examinations and raised students' awareness of eye diseases and eye health care. At the same time, the program also awarded 100 free surgeries to the elderly in difficult circumstances.
After two decades of perseverance, the "Great Oyen Viet" program has passed through more than 50 provinces and cities (*), bringing more than 930,000 visceral examinations and consultations, along with more than 2,200 free cataract surgeries. But what makes that journey meaningful is not just the numbers. It is an emotion, a belief in a brighter life when the eyes are taken care of healthily.
Accordingly, that journey will still be extended in every healthy look. V.Rohto continues to write the story "Rang Sang Mat Viet", conveying the belief: seeing life with healthy eyes is finding happiness!
