With 3 fixed routes Hanoi - Nam Dinh ward (Ninh Binh province); Da Nang - Hue; Saigon ward, Ben Thanh ward - Ba Ria ward - Vung Tau ward (HCMC), customers can choose to rent a full trip at the following prices: 1,110,000 VND, 830,000 VND and 980,000 VND respectively.
In addition, passengers can choose to combine trips to optimize costs with the following ticket prices: Hanoi - Nam Dinh ward (140,000 VND/passenger); Da Nang - Hue (150,000 VND/passenger); Saigon ward, Ben Thanh ward - Ba Ria ward - Vung Tau ward (180,000 VND/passenger). Customers who want to pick up and drop off within a 5km radius can choose a package priced from 200,000 VND - 260,000 VND/guest.
Customers who book a ticket at least one day in advance will enjoy a discount of 10%. Customers who buy a round-trip ticket will enjoy a 10% discount on their return. The incentives do not apply at the same time.
The service is operated by Xanh SM from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. every day with a frequency of 60 minutes/trip. Users can book a minimum of 30 minutes in advance via the SM Green application or hotline 1900 2088. Before departure time, the hotline will contact to confirm and coordinate with the driver to ensure the time to welcome guests. The vehicle has drinking water, wet towels, candy, vomit bags and Wi-Fi to support passengers throughout the journey.
