Ms. Linh said that each customer is only allowed to buy a maximum of 3 kg of silver. However, due to limited supply, customers cannot receive goods immediately after ordering.
If customers order silver today, they need to pay 100% of the value on the invoice and have to wait until April 10, 2026 to receive the goods" - Ms. Linh said.
Similarly, Mr. Do Van Tuyen (Bach Mai ward, Hanoi) said that 2 days ago, he bought half a kg of silver and also had to wait until next year to receive the goods. Now he continues to return to buy more.
On December 24th, I bought half a kg of silver, the store scheduled to come to pick it up in April 2026 due to overload of orders. Today, I continued to queue to order an additional 1kg of silver, the store announced that it would return the goods in April 2026" - Mr. Tuyen said.
